The CEO of Faithia Entertainment Showbiz, a showbiz tycoon in the United States, has chastised Zinoleesky, a Marlian Records musician, for his refusal to pay the money that was sent into his account for a cancelled event.
Remember that in September 2023, two United States concert promoters, Faithia Entertainment Showbiz and Vibesland Entertainment, cancelled Zinoleesky’s upcoming separate tours.
This followed the death of Nigerian musician Mohbad and the accusation that his former record label president, Naira Marley, and his associate, Sam Larry, were to blame.
Faitha Entertainment said on Instagram that Zinoleesky’s tour has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances; a new date will be announced soon.
In a recent interview, Samklef opened more about the aftermath of the canceled US concert and the financial damage he faced.
Following the disappointing show, Faitha acknowledged that he’s been feeling uneasy and that his business partners are pressuring him for their money.
The show’s promoter said that his first attempts to contact Zinoleesky’s manager, Gabyarow, to discuss refunds were as pointless as talking to a rock wall because she refused to answer his calls.
He went on to say that, prior to the show’s postponement, Zinoleesky and his manager had gone off the tracks by flying to Puerto Rico with a visa intended for his U.S. concert tour, therefore breaching their contract.
When he eventually got through to Zinoleesky’s manager, she said “no” to reimbursements and suggested postponing the U.S. show until the issue with Mohbad calmed down.
But the tenacious event promoter in the United States stayed firm, pressing for refunds. He said that Zinoleesky and other Marlian artists had been blacklisted by fans and Nigerians owing to their suspected role in Mohbad’s unfortunate death.
