“Side chics can contest a man’s will in court ” – Social media influencer discloses

  • A social media user has confirmed that side chics receiving monthly allowances from a man have the legal right to contest the man’s will in court.
  • The speaker suggests that if the side chics can provide documents like a bank statement, they can challenge the man’s will.
  • Influencer @Morris_Monye revealed new laws protecting a man’s hidden girlfriend or side chic, emphasizing the importance of protecting families.

According to a social media user, side chicks who get monthly allowances from men are allowed to challenge the man’s will in court.

He says there’s a way to go against the man’s will if these side chicks can provide documents like a bank statement.

The social media personality @Morris_Monye disclosed that he had recently learned about the existence of laws protecting a man’s hidden girlfriend or side chic. He advised men to prioritize safeguarding their families.

He wrote;

“If as a man, you die and you leave a Will for your family, your side-chick can contest that Will if and if she can prove in court that you’ve been sending her money monthly via bank statement. Provisions are made for beneficiaries and dependents. She falls under dependents. I’m just learning this now now”

He explained that a man’s secret lover may challenge the will’s legality because she is the deceased man’s dependent.

The social media influencer answered in the comment section, stating that the law is in effect as per the regulations of the Lagos State Government.
