Simi, the Nigerian singer Simisola Kosoko, took to social media to mark the 7th anniversary of her well-loved second album, Simisola.
On her X page, she shared the album cover, calling it her “baby” and encouraging fans to share their favorite tracks. The album debuted on September 8, 2017, under X3M Music, following her first album, Ogaju.
She wrote: “My baby is 7 🤎🤎🤎 #SIMISOLA. What songs had you in a chokehold?”
In another post, she posted a video of a song from the album “Smile For Me,” calling it her favorite track.
She wrote: “This is my favorite Simi song ever. It’s more about nostalgia now than any thing else, but it stays 🩷 #SmileForMe”
