Talented Nigerian songstress, Simi, has jumped to the defense of her husband, Adekunle Gold after a follower undermined his songwriting skills.
A Twitter user identified as @Big_Erv claimed Simi is behind all the hit songs Adekunle Gold has been churning out as she writes the songs for him.
This did not sit will with Simi and described the statement as false. She warned people to stop discrediting her husband because he puts the work in his craft and described him as an awesome writer.

And what if she even writes for him? Can’t people just mind their business????? Is every musician a writer? If Simi wasn’t a celeb and writing for her husband is her way of supporting him, is that a crime?… Cut celebrities some slack, they are humans too abeg ❗
