A critic, who might have been a fan, posted an uninvited critique of her song, calling it lazy, barely hours after the release of her new single.

The Twitter user urged Simi to evolve as an artist, expressing dissatisfaction with her new songs and labelling it as a poor taste.

In her words, “I really need Simi to evolve as an artist. She’s stressing me with her new songs. It feels lazy.”

Despite the fan’s criticism, Simi responded to the critic with a video of herself dancing to her new song.
