Nigerian artist Dammy Krane has rekindled his ongoing dispute with Davido by demanding repayment of an alleged debt, shortly after the acclaimed musician shared a touching account of receiving $20,000 from a producer.

Dammy Krane’s pursuit of this repayment follows Davido’s recent Instagram stories, in which he recounted how a producer he worked with on his Timeless album surprised him with a substantial token of appreciation.

Davido explained that the producer, having finally received his publishing check, came to his residence to personally deliver $20,000 as a sign of gratitude for their collaboration.

“A certain producer/writer I started working with from Timeless finally got his publishing check, came to my house, handed me 20 thousand dollars, and said, ‘Baba, I thank you.’ Happy to see there are still good people in this world! Being appreciated sure feels good! Love you, brother!” Davido wrote.

However, just hours after the post went viral, Dammy Krane took to the comment section of a blog sharing the story to demand his money.

He wrote,

“OWE B OWE just gimme my money. I go give you $50k inside if na wetin you like.”
