Nigerian artist Davido has responded to the growing worries of his fans regarding $Davido coins, a cryptocurrency project associated with him.
After some fans claimed to have suffered financial losses from investing in the token, Davido addressed the issue for the first time.
He used the X platform, previously known as Twitter, to talk about $Davido coins and urge his followers to become part of the connected community.
“Join the community $DAVIDO! More spaces coming soon and you’ll be REALLY excited by who we got coming up next! @davidotoken_sol,” he said.
Davido further emphasized his involvement and transparency by sharing another post detailing a recent event where he demonstrated the use of his cryptocurrency.
He mentioned “Those who joined the space with me and @blknoiz06 got to witness me creating my @phantom wallet and receive $100 via the @solana network in a matter of seconds!”
This series of posts is Davido’s first public engagement on the issue since allegations of fraud and mismanagement started circulating.
