Nigerian singer Portable, whose real name is Habeeb Okikiola, has promised to avoid trouble after his recent legal issues with the Ogun State government.
This statement follows his release on bail of ₦2 million for allegedly assaulting government officials at his bar.
Portable, who was once wanted by the police, turned himself in and went through legal steps before he was free again.
After his release, the singer posted a music video on social media, stating that he is now focused on earning money and staying out of trouble.
Expressing gratitude for overcoming his legal troubles, he wrote:
“Alhamdulilahi for everything 🙏 ZAzuu. No more wahala, na money I dey look for. If you no get money, call God ✍🏻.”
Portable, famous for his shocking comments and run-ins with the police, seems to be taking a more careful path now. Still, fans are split on whether he can really avoid drama, considering his past issues.
For the moment, it looks like Portable wants to concentrate on his career and making money while keeping out of trouble.

In a post shared on his Instagram account on Monday, the well-known crossdresser expressed his thankfulness to Nigerians following his move abroad.
He remarked that he had anticipated a different experience while living overseas, yet he observed that Nigerians have consistently surrounded him with love.
Bobrisky emphasized that Nigerians ensure he does not feel the absence of home and treat him as the beloved youngest child he is.
He wrote, “Big thank you to y’all treating me like a queen that I am here, i was thinking here was gonna be different, but honestly, y’all even treated me better here. I love y’all.
