  • The company, Zcess and co, accused her of claiming ownership of the property and asserting it belonged to another client.
  • However, the company later announced that the matter has been amicably resolved, deleting previous posts that revealed Sophia’s initiative to seek a peaceful resolution.
  • The company confirmed that productive discussions took place, leading to a complete and satisfying settlement.
  • This move has turned the tables in Sophia’s recent house ownership saga.

Sophia Momodu, the smart businesswoman and first babymama of Afrobeats singer Davido, has significantly turned the tables on her recent home ownership issue, striking an amicable settlement with the real estate firm that had called her out.

The controversy started when Sophia sparked a social media frenzy by teasing a new house purchase, releasing an attractive Snapchat video of a beautifully finished property, and publicly declaring that she would no longer conceal her blessings.

The real estate company, Zcess and co., immediately dashed her hopes, accusing her of fraudulently claiming ownership of the property and saying that it really belonged to another client. This startling charge sent shockwaves across the internet community, sparking curiosity and debate.

In a stunning turn of events, on Sunday, September 22, a real estate company published a game-changing post via their Instagram story and page, claiming that the problem had been peacefully handled.

They quickly withdrew their prior postings, admitting that Sophia had made the effort of reaching out, hoping for an amicable resolution.

Their statement stated that fruitful conversations took place, resulting in a comprehensive and satisfied settlement.

Zcess and Co wrote;

“As a peaceful company that we are, we have decided to bring down the post after Sophia reached out for a peaceful resolution, both parties involved have fully resolved the issue amicably and are now at peace.

“Moving forward, we would like to strongly reiterate that our client’s interest is and will always be our utmost priority,”

This  update follows just hours after Davido sent shockwaves through social media with a nostalgic post that many interpreted as a thinly veiled jab at Sophia amid the house ownership drama.

His seemingly innocent words stirred the pot, igniting a firestorm of mixed reactions among fans. Some fans eagerly cheered on the unfolding spectacle, while others questioned the true intentions behind his cryptic message.
