Sophia Momodu recently comes under fire for supposedly failing to offer her congratulations to the couple or create a social media post to commemorate the latest additions to the Adeleke family.
Sophia Momodu, a Nigerian fashion entrepreneur, was recently chastised online for failing to join the chorus of well-wishers in congratulating Afrobeats Superstar Davido and his wife Chioma Adeleke on the birth of their twins.
The news that Chioma had twins went viral last week, bringing the pair a flood of congratulations from fans and celebrities.
However, Davido’s ex-girlfriend, Sophia Momodu, has not posted a congratulatory message, and as a result, she has sparked an internet uproar.
Uche Maduagwu, a Nigerian actor known for his penchant for drama, publicly chastised Sophia for failing to share joyous postings on social media congratulating Davido and Chioma on the birth of their twins.*
Uche bodly said that if the roles had been reversed, the OBO crooner would have likely unfurled the virtual red carpet of well-wishes had Sophia been the one welcoming twins with her’soon-to-be spouse.’
He went on to say that writing a congratulatory post will surely gain her brownie points with Davido’s father.
Uche suggested a different method, urging her to send her well wishes through her daughter Imade’s social media page if she was hesitant to do so on her own.
He wrote;
“Aunty Sophia, Jesus will be happy if you make A post on social media to congratulate David And My CHIOM CHIOM for their TWINS. Kilode? Davido would have congratulated you on soci Media if Na you born Twins with your Future Husband.
Davido’s Father will be so proud of you if you Congratulate Davido and my CHIOM CHIOM For their TWINS. You can even post it on your Pikin page on social media to Appreciate God For Blessing Mr. And Mrs. David Adeleke with Twins. Aunty Sophia, Jesus Dey wait.”
