Eden Hazard came first with 27,262 votes in the poll by Sky Sports, with Arsenal’s Theo Walcott coming second with 14,737 votes.
Stoke’s Joe Allen, Tottenham’s Dele Alli and Southampton’s Charlie Austin were also included in the shortlist, as well as Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson.
