Popular audio streaming app, Spotify has taken down the trending Ameno Amapiano Remix (Chill with the Big Boys) due to copyright and licensing issues.
The viral jam was done by Nigerian hypeman, Goya Menor and Ghanaian record producer, Nektunez who borrowed a leaf from the classical ‘Ameno’ track owned by Era.
Owing to the fact that Menor’s remix had lyrics of the original song, it is therefore expected that the owner(s) of the track be contacted and subsequently give consent for the song to be used by the hypeman.
Amapiano remix received a massive boost owing to viral TikTok challenges and has subsequently turned out to be one of the most played by Nigerians at the moment.
Meanwhile Nigerian actress, Chizzy Alichi blasts an Instagram user who requested to know when she will have a child.
The netizen had taken to the comment section of the thespian’s official Instagram page to drop the unpleasant question which triggered a clap back from the actress.
Chizzy Alichi tied the knot with her husband, Chike Ugochukwu Mbah in 2019 and is yet to have a child and this could possibly be the reason for the unwelcomed question asked by the netizen.
“When are we expecting baby nah,” the IG user wrote.
Responding, Chizzy wrote:
“When will you get sense nah”
