Nigerian artist Spyro, whose real name is Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, has rejected the claim of a N10.5 million debt made by talent manager Ubi Franklin regarding a car sale.

Spyro provided proof on social media to refute Franklin’s allegations.

The issue began when Spyro claimed that Ubi Franklin owed him $5,000 for a performance at a birthday party.

In a previous statement, Spyro announced that Franklin had not settled his payment for the show.

Franklin countered by saying that Spyro owed him N10.5 million for a car purchase, claiming he helped Spyro get the car but had not been paid back.

Spyro then posted evidence on social media, including reminders he sent to Franklin regarding the $5,000 debt, challenging the car claims.

Spyro argued against the claim that he owed 10% of the car’s value. He referred to a message from Franklin, which indicated that the car dealership’s MD had already taken 10% off the purchase price.
