Popular clergyman Odumeje has cautioned fans against filming or photographing him whenever they spot him in public. Addressing his congregation during a ministration service, the pastor expressed his displeasure with being treated like a celebrity, emphasizing that he is a prophet and not a public figure.
He stated that the act of recording him without permission makes him uncomfortable and issued a stern warning to those who persist. Odumeje went further to declare that he would not hesitate to break the phones of anyone caught filming him.
“Stop videoing me when you see me on the road. I am not a celebrity; I am a prophet. I am more dangerous. I will scatter that phone spiritually,” he warned, leaving fans and followers divided over his strong stance.
