In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he detailed the challenges he faced, noting that the certificate was necessary for his travel plans.

Upon his arrival at the institution, he was informed by the school officials that he would need to complete Primary 5 before he could be issued his certificate or testimonial.

He stated, “I went to my primary school that I didn’t finish to collect my primary school certificate. I left from Primary 4 to secondary school, and these people said I have to do Primary 5 to collect the testimonial.”

His account has astonished many users on social media, leading to an influx of comments as they shared their perspectives on the matter.
