Stanley Nwabali, the Super Eagles’ keeper who took Nigeria to the 2024 AFCON finals with amazing saves, has been honoured with a coveted chieftaincy title in his village.
His Royal Majesty, Nzeobi Evaristus Amida, the traditional monarch of the Mgbede community in Egbema Kingdom, bestowed the title of Ugo Egbema, or “The Pride of Egbema Kingdom,” to the custodian.
Recall that Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara bestowed a state honour on Stanley Nwabali, as well as a gift of N20 million.
