Super Eagles player Moses Simon and his wife, Ibukun Moses-Simon, have celebrated the arrival of their first son.
He announced this joyful news on Instagram, sharing images of his wife showcasing her baby bump, as well as photographs taken in the hospital with their newborn son.
“I find no words strong enough to express my exact feelings, I’m sincerely grateful to GOD. GOD has blessed my home with a baby boy.
“Thanks my Queen for this marvelous gift to our family, you are indeed a strong woman and I am always proud of you.”
The couple are also parents to two daughters.
In other news, Nollywood actress Uche Elendu has come out in support of Annie Idibia, the wife of renowned singer 2baba, as they face marital troubles.
Following 2baba’s recent divorce announcement, Uche took to Instagram to share her disappointment and speak out against the singer’s actions.
She criticized 2baba for his absence of love, loyalty, and respect in his public comments, saying that his insensitive response let down both his wife and the public’s trust.
Uche expressed that personal issues should be kept private, especially during times when empathy and understanding are needed the most.
In her post, Uche explained how hard this situation has been for Annie. She talked about how Annie supported her husband during tough times, but he ended up betraying her.
Uche noted that Annie gave up a lot for the man she loved, but in the end, that love let her down.
In her words;
“No love, no accountability, no loyalty, no culture, no bond, no memory, no decorum, no respect, and no empathy. I am so disappointed at this betrayal and insensitive public announcement from Tuface. At a time like this, love doesn’t count errors.
The public does not need this information; you are too big for public validation. A woman that locked in on your mess in the public space. IDGAF what goes on behind us, but what we see, we believe. Men will stain your white!! Most of them forget so fast. Annie left her life for the man she loved, but life has failed her. It is well”.
