BBNaija star Tacha has gotten people talking online after she celebrated her 24th birthday for the second time.
She took to social media on Monday to share her birthday. In 2020, she revealed that she was born in 1995.
This year, she posted on X saying she is 24 again. Nigerians are now highlighting her earlier tweet, questioning how someone born in 1995 can be 24 in 2024.
In other news…. President Bola Tinubu has explained ways for Nigerians to cut down on their electricity expenses. He urged citizens to turn off lights when they are not needed.
He discussed this during a media session with reporters in Lagos State.
According to Tinubu: “It’s not negative to learn to manage. You learn to control your electricity bill, switch off the light, let’s learn to manage.”
The president also said he does not believe in price control and he won’t toe that path.
“I don’t believe in price control, we will work hard to supply the market,” he said.
Following Tinubu’s rise to power, his government raised electricity tariffs and removed the fuel subsidy.
On April 3, 2024, the electricity regulator increased the price for Band A customers to N225 per kilowatt-hour from N66.
This change was met with significant backlash as it added to the difficulties faced by Nigerians.
