Tears of joy as Nigerian lady surprises her parents returns home after 14 years

A Nigerian woman has planned a surprise visit to her parents upon her homecoming from the United Kingdom after 14 years away.

The dramatic scene, recorded on film and published on TikTok by user @funmyte_more, showed the emotional reunion between the returning daughter and her parents, who were fully unaware of her coming.

The video opens with the Nigerian lady, whose name is unknown, getting out of a car to the surprise of her parents, who are plainly overcome with pleasure and shock.

As she approaches them, her mother jumps up in surprise and wraps her daughter in a tight embrace.

Tears of joy rush down her cheeks as she embraces her daughter, unable to suppress her feelings.

Equally moved by the unexpected reunion, the father joins in the embrace, his face radiating with unbridled happiness and relief at the sight of his long-awaited daughter.
