The well-known American producer ATL Jacob is called a liar by Tems, a Nigerian singer, and her manager Muyiwa Awoniyi, as they go low on the internet.
With her outburst, the singer—who seldom gets into controversy—shocked a lot of people online. Growing up, she was teased for her quiet.
The Grammy-winning song “Wait for you” was inspired by Tems’ original song “Higher,” which she claimed the producer didn’t want to clear.
He was also dishonest. It was Drake who gave her the call to approve the song, and he later said at the Grammy Awards that Tems didn’t have to give him credit for their victory.
Moreover, her manager verified that those were all falsehoods and urged those near the producer to examine him since he may be a pathological liar.
In an attempt to defend himself, ATL Jacob asked for proof of the instance in which he spoke negatively about her in exchange for a wire transfer, and Tems guaranteed to match the amount provided he stopped lying about her.
Drake and Future, two American musicians, were featured on her Grammy-winning single, which he produced.
