“Thank you for being such an amazing figure to look up to” Kiekie celebrates her parents on their 40th wedding anniversary

Bukunmi Adeaga Ilori, better known as Kiekie, a Nigerian comedian, is celebrating her parents’ 40th wedding anniversary.

On Sunday, the comedian pondered how her parents had managed to coexist for 40 years.

She thanked them for being amazing figures to look up to and noted how their union has been blessed with children, harmony, and the presence of Christ.

She also thanked them for teaching her and her siblings, for leading by example, and for planting Christ in our lives.

Kiekie revealed that her father gave her a lot of her talents, including her witty and hilarious personality, and her mother gave her business acumen.

“Today is my parents’ 40th Wedding anniversary.
I’m just so amused as to how you both have lived together for 40 years and grateful to have been a huge part of that.
Thank you for being such an amazing figure to look up to. Your union is blessed with children, blessed with love, blessed with harmony, and above all blessed with the presence of Christ.
Thank you for teaching us. For leading us by good examples and for planting Christ in our lives.
