The Former President Obasanjo Visits Graveyard of 73 Victims [Photos]
Nigeria’s former President Olusegun Obasanjo, who was received at the airport by the Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, visited the graveyard of the 73 persons killed by people suspected to be Fulani herdsmen.
The former President also laid wreath at the graves of the 73 persons, killed by the herdsmen in the communities in Guma and Logo LGA of the State on New Year day.

On January 1, Guma and Logo local governments came under siege from the rampaging herdsmen killing 73 people, while dozens of people were injured and still in hospital. Among those killed was a 4-year old boy; Terkimbi, an eight-months old pregnant woman; Sarah and a 76-year old grand-father; Pa Lortimbir.
The Benue state government also released the names of those killed in the recent attacks on two local government areas by suspected herdsmen.
