Some VVIP supporters of the Lockdown winner, Whitemoney, have claimed that the N37 million awarded to their favorite was faked.
It was previously stated that on Whitemoney’s 31st birthday, several VVIP fans and supporters came through to honor him in a particular fashion with gifts and money.
The Whitemoney geng gifted their favorite a total of N40 million cash prize. In the post shared by a fan identified as @___Taurean___, a cheque of 37 million Naira and a 3 million Naira all-expense paid trip to Dubai cheque contributed by WMG Worldwide was given to the season 6 winner.
A year after the presentation of the gifts, some of the fans involved in the contribution of the supposed money have come out to say that the N37 million cheque presented to Whitemoney was fake.
According to her, fans were able to contribute N900K but had to work hand-in-hand with the vendor in order to hype the initial price of the money planned to contribute.
