The man, who got a monthly NYSC allowance of N33,000 for a whole year, shared that he saved every bit of it to show gratitude to his parents.

In the video, he was seen carrying a brown envelope stuffed with 1000 naira notes as he approached his parents’ home for a surprise visit.

He met his mother in the living room, and she was clearly surprised to see him. Overjoyed, she hugged him tightly. Shortly after, his father walked in.

The young man made the sitting room emotional as he reflected on the support his parents gave him during his extra-semester exams.

The most emotional moment came when he knelt to give his saved 12-month NYSC allowance to his parents. He took off his NYSC cap and put it on his mother’s head to show respect. Then, he removed his jacket and put it over his father, expressing his gratitude and honor.

His parents, clearly touched by his actions, prayed for him.
