Bella Shmurda, the Nigerian music sensation from Ikorodu, has sparked a social media frenzy after posting a video of himself hanging out with senior colleague WizKid.
This comes on the heels of Bella Shmurda unfollowing WizKid a few weeks ago, a move speculated to be related to the untimely death of their mutual friend, music star Mohbad.
Recall that on a scorching October 5th, 2023, Bella lit up his Instagram, slamming Nigerian music heavyweights for their deafening silence in the aftermath of his dear friend’s death.
Bella Shmurda wrote on his tribute song, “Some OGs no be OGs! Past few days I don learn lesson!”
Bella quickly severed ties on Instagram, hitting the “unfollow” button on Wizkid, who is known to be close to Naira Marley, the ex-label boss accused of secretly orchestrating attacks on Mohbad before his untimely death.
In a shocking turn of events, Bella was spotted at a Lagos nightclub with WizKid, exchanging hushed words like long-lost siblings reuniting, while eagle-eyed clubgoers captured the moment on camera.
Fans spilled the beans on the viral video, with some claiming that Bella’s alleged beef with Big Wiz over Mohbad has cooled, others raising eyebrows at Bella’s post-unfollow plot twist with his senior colleague, and still others praising WizKid for handling the situation as coolly as a cucumber.
