Following the loss of his three nominations, Nigerian musician Davido’s fans aired their rage by reporting the Grammy’s official Instagram account.
According to Gist Lover, Burna Boy, Davido, Ayra Starr, Tems, Asake, and Olamide did not win at the 66th Grammy Awards, making their performance unsatisfactory.
In a popular video on social media, several of Davido’s fans gathered together to report the Grammy’s official account.
They were spotted using their phones to complain the Grammy account, claiming them of insulting their 001 at the awards broadcast on Monday morning.
Reacting to the video, @nonchalant_07 wrote: “See watin joblessness dey cause. Grammy has been in existence before they gave birth to your favourite.”
@Popoola_Akanji wrote: “War don start 100%. Ajeh! I don report Grammy’s account like 100 times today. Dem use us to sell show.”
@Blaqzik also posted: “Them never see anything. Grammy is the biggest scam on earth.”
@Oluwa_sheyiii wrote: “This isn’t of any good to David.”
@L49505Lust posted: “Eminem said this in the fall. They nominate popular artists to get their fans invested in the award, invite them, give them false hope, and then give the award to someone no one has ever heard of. GRAMMYS used Davido, Burna, and Asake to gain viewership in Africa.”
