Adekunle Gold, renowned Afrobeats artist, has levied a strong accusation against certain fellow musicians, claiming that they employ streaming farms to artificially boost the popularity of their songs.
On his Twitter account, he humorously criticized those whose songs initially achieved a top 20 spot on music charts but swiftly plummeted to positions below the top 20 within a mere week.
Adekunle Gold shared a viral clip of a lady who laughed during an interview, and he alluded that the money people use to get for ‘fertilizer’ for the streaming farms have been exhausted.
The Singer tweeted; “Songs wey dey top 20 last week don go 170 something, owo fertilizer ti ku waso.”
