Businessman Isaac Fayose has expressed his intention to file a complaint with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) regarding the unlawful arrest of Bobrisky at the International Airport.
It is important to note that viral videos circulating on social media depicted the moment Bobrisky was publicly humiliated and forcibly removed from the airport by officials of the anti-graft agency.
The controversial figure shared on his Instagram story that he had been arrested and sustained serious injuries.
In a video posted on Instagram, Isaac Fayose criticized the EFCC for detaining Bobrisky, especially after the agency had previously cleared him of all charges during Senate investigations.
Fayose pledged to report this unlawful action to various international organizations concerning the treatment of the flamboyant ‘Mummy of Lagos.’
“Arresting @bobrisky222 at the airport last night is clear clear case of abuse ….
EFCC cleared the guy of money laundering charges 5/6 months ago and they even came to national assembly to tell Nigerians that he was innocent
Why all this harassment? This is very wrong,” Isaac Fayose wrote.
Despite his commitment, social media users took to the comments section of Fayose’s post to criticize him, suggesting he played a role in Bobrisky’s arrest.
Fayose had previously shared several photos of himself alongside Bobrisky before they boarded the flights that were intercepted by the EFCC.
