A Nigerian mother thoughtfully prepares a variety of foods for her daughter to help her in her work as a content creator despite the high expense of living in the country.
The daughter, @tastietour, showed off the variety of food in a video that she posted to her TikTok followers.
Numerous yam, maize, beans, rice, dates, fruit, onions, millet, and other food items were included in the packages.
She explained that her mother sent the food items in an effort to lighten her workload as a food content creator.
“My mum sent me foodstuff as support for food content creation. What’s life without family? My mum sent me foodstuffs to ease the stress of buying in this economy,” she captioned the video.
Some applauded her, others pointed out how difficult it was to get such provisions despite Nigeria’s current inflation rate.
