The remains of the three siblings who were brvtally mvrdered and stuffed inside a deep freezer in Nnewichi, Nnewi North Local Government Area, Anambra State, have been laid to rest in their hometown, Uga community, Aguata LGA, on Saturday, March 8, 2025.
The funeral mass, held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Umueze Uga, was filled with tears and sorrow, as attendees, dressed in black, struggled to come to terms with the tragic loss.
The parents of the deceased, Mr. and Mrs. Udochukwu Ejezie, described the mvrder of their children as an unimaginable nightmare and the greatest shock of their lives.
Recall that last month, the three young siblings were brutally killed in their home in Nnewichi, Nnewi, by yet-to-be-identified assailants. Their lifeless bodies were later discovered stuffed inside a deep freezer, sending shockwaves across the state.
Authorities have since launched an intensive investigation to uncover the perpetrators behind this heinous crime. However, as of now, no arrests have been made.
Community Demands Justice
Following the heartbreaking burial, family members, friends, and sympathizers have called on the Anambra State Government and law enforcement agencies to ensure justice is served and the culprits are brought to book.
