Popular TikToker Salo shared his experience of being shot three times by an unknown attacker in Lekki. The assailant aimed for his head but ran out of bullets.
In a recent statement, Salo explained how the event happened. He didn’t realize things were getting serious when the attacker first fired a shot into the air.
It was only when the gunman aimed at him and shot again that he recognized the danger.
Salo mentioned that after the first shot, he thought it was a joke since he could still talk and express his pain.
However, the situation quickly worsened when he was shot two more times in the stomach, leaving him unable to breathe.
He mentioned that the shooter tried to hit him in the head but ran out of bullets before he could make the deadly shot.
Salo explained that the attackers were not robbers but “hired killers” sent to kill him.
He was puzzled about why he was chosen as a target, especially since he supports his family and is seen as the “light.”
He pointed out that other well-known people, like singer Portable and TikToker DJ Chicken, were not harmed by the attackers, raising doubts about the reasons for the assault.
This event comes after a previous incident where Salo was shot and robbed of his jewelry in Lekki.
The attack took place on Thursday, October 10, 2024, in the Lekki area of Lagos State, and he was quickly taken to Perez Medcare Hospital in Lekki Phase 2.
