Mrs. Roseline Umar, 73, a Nigerian woman, shows her workout routine and defies age by staying fit with weightlifting and boxing.
Mrs. Umar highlighted in a widely shared video how her gym regimen makes her feel like she has a younger woman’s body during an interview with the BBC.
She added that she enjoys bench pressing and sarcastically reminded people not to mess with her since she knows boxing.
Her initial goal was to lose weight and get rid of the joint pain that disrupted with her sleep. After speaking with a doctor, she was instructed to visit the gym and lose at least 10 kilos.
Mrs. Umar has been waking up at 6 a.m. five days a week for the past 16 years to go to the gym, and she has no intentions to stop anytime soon. She emphasized the need of regular exercise and encouraged everyone to try it.

The lady describes her journey, saying she went from New York to Amsterdam before connecting in Lagos.
She adds that besides getting her hair done, she plans to use the opportunity to visit and greet her family members in Nigeria.
