On Tuesday when the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, met at the Lagos House in Marina.
Tinubu was at the Lagos House for a meeting with Sanwo-Olu over the rising case of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in the state and how the Lagos State Government was handling it.
As at the time of Tinubu’s visit, the number of confirmed cases in Lagos was 29 and instead of the usual handshake, both men did the elbow shake.
COVID-19 is believed to spread faster when an infected hand is put on the face.
Also engaged in the elbow-shake with Tinubu were the Commissioner, Lagos State Police Command, Hakeem Odumosu; and the Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi.
