Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage and her close friend Toke Makniwa made headlines on December 23, 2024.
Tiwa, who expressed her concerns about her weight on social media, shared a funny moment with her driver.
In a video that has gone viral, Tiwa and Toke were in a car with two other women heading to Quillox when their driver started playing worship songs.
Toke Makinwa questioned why he would put in so much effort when he was heading to a nightclub. He explained that it was out of respect for God, who watches over them.
Toke and Tiwa then turned the moment into a praise and worship session, singing King Sunny Ade’s ‘Merciful God’.
The funny interaction between the two women quickly spread on Instagram, attracting many comments from users.
