Tiwa Savage Visit Obama DMW’s Gravesite

Award-winning Nigerian singers, Davido and Tiwa Savage, on Wednesday, paid a visit to the gravesite of Davido’s aide, Habeeb Uthman, also known as Obama DMW, who died on June 29, 2021.

It was gathered that Obama DMW drove himself to a hospital in Lagos to complain of breathing difficulty and died hours later.

The aide to the DMW boss was buried the next day amid tears in the Epe area of Lagos state.

Two weeks after the incident Davido and his team alongside Tiwa Savage paid a visit to the gravesite to pay their respect.

A video that was spotted online on Wednesday shows the visitors at Obama DMW’s gravesite in Epe.

The incident saw Davido stay off social media activities to mourn his close associate.

Davido had emerged a week after the burial to pen an emotional tribute to Obama DMW where he described the deceased as his “backbone.”

Part of Davido’s tribute read, “It is hard getting by without you, my backbone is truly gone but I won’t stop making you proud. I promise to continue to take this thing we started together to the ends of the earth. I promise to continue dominating the world.”
