Toke Makinwa Reveals Those Funding Her Lavish Lifestyle

Media personality, Toke Makinwa, has responded to speculations that a rich politician or socialite is funding her luxury lifestyle.

In a recent interview with Chude Jideonwo, she claimed that Jesus is behind all she has.

When asked “Who is funding your lifestyle, the Ikoyi mansion, expensive lifestyle and luxury?” Toke Makinwa simply responded: “Jesus. I am still trying to find the rich man who they say is funding me.”

Toke Makinwa also talked about her late parents, who died during a fight incident.

She said: “My mum was 33 with four kids when she died.

“I am 36 with no kids and I cannot even imagine what went through her mind in the last moments, knowing she might not make it and leaving four kids behind.”

On her failed marriage to Maje Ayida, who cheated on her with another woman, she said “I am going to be very honest, I could have stayed if it wasn’t so public.”
