Nollywood actress, singer, songwriter, and humanitarian, Tonto Dikeh has taken to social media to flaunt the Lexus SUV she allegedly seized from her ex-lover, Prince Kpokpogri.
Prince Kpokpogri had recently filed a lawsuit against Tonto Dikeh following their messy breakup, alleging that she seized his Lexus SUV and all efforts to recover it proved abortive.
The petition partly reads: “The 2nd Respondent always requested and I allowed her to use my Black Colour Lexus SUV LX570 with Registration Number – ABJ 04 JN and Chasis Number – JTJHY7AZ7H4237876. Copies of vehicle documents are attached as EXHIBIT D.
“That upon my return from a trip to Asaba, Delta State on August 20, 2021, I discovered that the 2nd Respondent had taken my said Black Color Lexus SUV LX570 with Registration Number ABJ 04 JN and Chasis Number JTJHY7AZ7H4237876 to her residence, House 3A, No. 2, Ismaila Mamman Close, Katampe Extension, FCT-Abuja. EXHIBIT E has a photo of the car.
“That all of my attempts to retrieve the abovementioned vehicle from the 2nd Respondent were futile because she gave a standing order to the security guys at her residence not to give me or my driver access to her residence to recover the vehicle.”
The actress posted photographs of herself holding court paperwork and posing with a Lexus LX570, which is the same car Kpokpogri claimed she took after he permitted her to drive it, on her Instagram page on Monday.
Following the publication of a voice recording in which Prince Kpokpogri admits to having sex with the married dancer, Tonto Dikeh published a video in which she appears to humiliate Jane Mena.
Tonto Dikeh had alerted Janemena that Kpokpogri had her sex recordings prior to the disclosure, but the dancer sued Janemena for N500 million and demanded that she publicly apologize to her for character defamation.
“I never fucked somebody over who didn’t see it or had it coming,” the actress claimed in the footage of herself in the Lexus SUV. “All I have is my balls and my words in this world, and I’m going to fuck with them till I die.”
