Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has disclosed her philosophy of life as she approaches her 40th birthday in June.
In a post on her Instagram account, she emphasized that her guiding principle is to focus on what is effective for her, refrain from comparisons, avoid imitation, and not be distracted by others. She mentioned her commitment to supporting those around her while remaining dedicated to her own path, concentrating on her goals.
Tonto further remarked that in a world rife with jealousy, animosity, suffering, and deceit, she has come to understand that genuine growth originates from within. As she nears this significant milestone, she has acquired the insight to prioritize what is truly important: peace, joy, and happiness.
She conveyed her pride in the individual she is evolving into, highlighting that this transformation is not coincidental but the result of deliberate and ongoing personal development.
“The secret is I do what works for me. I don’t compare, I don’t copy, I don’t watch. I support others and it’s genuine support. I’m always in my own lane, riding my own wave, eyes on my own paper.
In a world filled with envy, hate, pain, and deception, I have learned that true growth comes from within. As I approach the 40th floor of my journey, I have gained the wisdom to prioritize what truly matters—my peace, my joy, and my happiness. I am immensely proud of the person I am becoming, not by chance, but through continuous, intentional growth.
What is your secret?”.
