Tonto Dikeh Speaks On Her Relationship With Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike [Video]

Controversial actress, Tonto Charity Dikeh popularly known as Tonto Dikeh has communicated in a recent interview revealing the kind of relationship she has with the Rivers State Governor, Nyesome Wike.

The mother of one, who was recently nominated as the deputy governorship candidate to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate, Tonte Ibraye, clarified that Wike has never supported her ambition.

She elaborated on her relationship with the Rivers State Governor, Wike while also clarifying why the ADC governorship candidate, Tonte Ibraye chose her as his running mate.

She mentioned that being famous may be one of the reasons why she was chosen as his running mate, but definitely not the only reason.

She went on to explain that, Tonte Ibraye has selected her because he knew how enthusiastic and committed she is and the fact she is closest to perfect for the job…

The actress also mentioned that she is not coming into the office as a famous but as a patriotic citizen of Nigeria.

Speaking on the relationship she has with Wike,

She replied,
“He’s our number one citizen. I do believe that he has a personal relationship with my father and my family. Some people might say he’s my uncle but I’ll just like to see him as the number one citizen of River state.”

When asked if Wike has supported her ambition?

She replied, “No he has never been supportive to me in any form or way but that is not a problem, because it is the people who know you that will ignore that you can shine until other people support you for you to grow. I do not take it personal. He just doesn’t know what I’m capable of.”
