In a tragic report, former Oyo State Governor, Otunba Christopher Alao-Akala has been confirmed dead.
He reportedly passed away at age 71 and this was contained in a recent report by the Daily Trust.
The details concerning the death of the former statement are not clear, however, it was revealed that he has been battling with his health for some time now.
He died on Wednesday, January 12 in his Ogbomoso country home and the report quoted a top source in the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the one who confirmed his death.
This top source said;
“It is true that Oga is dead. He died in the early hours of Wednesday in his room in Ogbomoso. He was full of life last night. In fact, I heard he was playing with his children before he went to bed. We are in a mourning mood now.”
