Travelers reportedly commuting for the burial of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu have narrowly escaped being kidnapped.
According to reports, their journey was cut short when gunmen took over Umuaku road, Abia State in broad daylight.
A commuter filmed the moment buses and private vehicles all stopped by the roadside to ascertain the danger level before proceeding.
The eye witness claimed that the suspected kidnappers were trying to prevent Osinachi’s funeral from happening today.
The remains of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, will be buried on Saturday, June 25, 2022, in Abia State.
The burial is to take place at her father’s compound in Isuochi.
