Nigerian A-list artist Innocent Idibia popularly known as Tuface or 2Baba has paid his last respect to one of his oldest friend Sound Sultan.
Musician Sound Sultan, born Olarenwaju Fasasi passed away at the age of 44 after battling cancer of the throat and the news about his death was confirmed by a family member Dr Kayode Fasasi and according to him, Sound Sultan was survived by three children and a wife.
His best friend and colleague, 2Baba, in a recent statement, has promised that the family of the late singer will be safe and good. The singer made this known in a post he shared on his Instagram page as he expressed his sadness over the death of Sound Sultan, who he described as his friend and brother.
“Couldn’t bring myself to do this but what can we do. Rest well. Till we meet again my dear friend and brother.
Still so unreal.
Will never stop celebrating u.
I promise u your fam will be safe and good.
