ollywood actress Uche Jombo has reacted to the reports making the rounds online about her friend and colleague Genevieve Nnaji battling mental illness.
A few days ago, Genevieve Nnaji made trends on social media platforms after an anonymous blogger claimed she was down, over mental health and has been admitted to a medical facility in Texas, USA.
Hours after the viral report, Genevieve Nnaji took to her Instagram story to share a video of herself painting a piece of art and beaming with smiles.
However, the video used in debunking the rumours was faulted by many Nigerians claiming self paint is one of the mechanisms in rehab.
Reacting, a concerned fan who appeared unconvinced decided to reach out to Uche Jombo urging her to check on Genevieve.
Responding, Uche Jombo advised the fan not to believe everything that is seen online.
The fan wrote: “@uchejombo pls check on her and know if she is okay. I know she is ur best friend”.
Uche Jombo wrote: “@adie_godwin20 how about you don’t believe everything you see on social media.” She replied”.
