Actor, Nkem Owoh set to bury 24-years-old daughter, two months after her demise

Nollywood star Nkem owoh has issued an official statement in the aftermath of his daughter’s death.

According to Gistlover, the veteran lost his 24-year-old daughter to liver cancer on June 28.

Her family buried her on August 24th, two months after her death, at her father’s homeland in Enugu State.

Nkem took to Instagram to express his gratitude to everyone for their love and support for him and his family.

He added that when tragedy occurs, nothing is more reassuring than knowing you’re not alone.

The veteran noted that his daughter’s death was an unexpected change for him, and he is experiencing extreme grief.

He knows, however, that with the encouragement he has been receiving, he will succeed.

“I want to thank you all for the support and love shown to me and my family. When tragedy strikes, there is nothing more heartening than knowing that you’re not alone.
It was with deep gratitude that I received your note, and calls with condolences. We have seen many changes over the years. But this is a change I did not anticipate and I am feeling an acute sense of loss.
However, I know that because of your encouragement, I will get through this time. Thank you for helping to push me through my grief”.
