Vector discloses one thing he doesn’t understand about Africans

  • Nigerian rapper Vector is confused by the solidarity shown by many Nigerians and Africans in the US presidential elections.
  • On November 6, 2024, rapper expressed puzzlement at Nigerians and Africans who show solidarity with the election process in nations that fuck us all for a living.

In the context of the ongoing United States presidential elections, Nigerian rapper Vector has articulated his bewilderment regarding the solidarity exhibited by many Nigerians and Africans towards the electoral processes of other nations.

On November 6, 2024, Vector took to X to voice his confusion, stating, “I will never understand Nigerians / Africans who show some form of solidarity with the election process in nations that exploit us all for a living.”

Responses from Nigerians with varying perspectives flooded his post, as they shared their opinions on the matter. One user remarked, “That’s what you get when a society doesn’t trust in its leaders anymore.”

In response, the rapper asserted, “Our society doesn’t trust itself,”

Another individual contributed to the discussion in Vector’s comment section, outlining his reasons for following the American elections.

He wrote, “1. Because an American president can influence global politics which can affect the price of energy directly or indirectly. 2. Because global peace would mean more efficient supply chains and a drop in the cost of goods and services. 3. Because…..because people have freedom.”

Further elaborating on his perspective, Vector emphasized the irony of Nigerians concentrating on foreign political systems while neglecting the pressing issues within their own country.

In a subsequent post, he reflected, “The beauty about all the ignorance is, after the posts, they will return to the reality of their actions and beliefs. They will stifle the growth of their own land and selves by their thinking. They will cry to the God that has answered them before they came to no response. Not because the creator is evil but because they are the ones solely responsible for their own predicaments.”

Another person said, “Bro make everybody do their thing, say u no show solidarity no mean say u better pass those people”

However, Vector clapped back saying, “sometimes you have to acknowledge the mistakes you made in the past “ Abi no be so… Dey Jonez yourself.”
