Verydarkman asks Davido to release Dammy Krane after being detained over defamation

Verydarkman (VDM), a well-known social media activist, has publicly asked Nigerian singer Davido to show mercy to Dammy Krane.

On August 22, Dammy Krane took to X to claim he was arrested illegally by the police at Davido’s command over defamation issues.

According to Verydarkman’s recent video on Instagram, the ‘Izzue’ hitmaker remains in police detention.

The social media influencer learned about Dammy’s arrest during a visit to the police station to express his gratitude for their help.

Recall that Dammy Krane, whose real name is Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel, has accused Davido of being a cheat and a murderer. He claims that the singer owes him a large sum of money.

However, Verydarkman stated that Dammy has been in the detention due to these accusations, which lack evidence.

He then asked Davido to call for Dammy Krane’s release.

In his words, “I saw Dammy Krane in the prison. He is really going through a lot. Davido, I want to beg you. Please give him a second chance. I know you are not an oppressor.”
