Popular online personality VeryDarkMan has come under fire after revealing that ₦180 million was allegedly stolen from his NGO’s website, leaving only ₦20 million remaining.
In a video now circulating on X (formerly Twitter), he expressed his distress, stating:
“For the past few days, I’ve not been myself. Somebody hacked into the NGO website, and I don’t know how they did it, but ₦180 million is missing.”
The revelation follows the recent launch of his NGO, which aims to improve Nigeria’s education sector. Shortly after announcing the initiative, VeryDarkMan shared his account details, prompting hundreds of Nigerians, including celebrities, to contribute generously, raising ₦200 million in donations.
