Martins Otse, known as VeryDarkMan, has joined fellow Nigerians in responding to Pastor Abel Damina’s remarks on tithing for Christians.
Gistlover reported that Damina, during a podcast, mentioned how he once urged Christians to give tithes.
However, he has since changed his stance, saying it was a way for pastors to take money from church members.
Damina mentioned that Jesus did not pay or receive tithe in the Bible to back his argument.
His comment has sparked mixed reactions from various people, including Christians. VDM, a trending video defender, stands by the cleric.
He posted tweets from some Christians who were critical of Damina, asserting that the cleric is an anointed man of God who knows the truth about his fellow ministers.
VDM mentioned that he might think about going to Damina’s church, but he will make sure his kids don’t donate their money there.
“My children wouldn’t put one naira in church; we create an altar, burn the cow or goat, and everything we go up,” he said.

Recall that Damina stated during the podcast that the miracles of Pastor Jerry Eze were planned ahead of time.
