Social media commentator Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has introduced what seems to be a new challenge to promote his debut song, Body of Christ.
VDM initially released the song as a response to his ongoing legal dispute with gospel singer Mercy Chinwo. Reports indicate that he collaborated with a producer to create the track, which has since gained traction online.
At one point, VDM hinted at featuring street-hop artist Portable Zazu on the song. However, this suggestion led to a strong reaction from Portable, who publicly criticized him.
In an apparent bid to further popularize the song, VeryDarkMan has been sharing videos of Nigerians contributing their own verses while vibing to the track. To encourage participation, he announced a N1 million prize for the best entry, drawing significant engagement on social media.
“Who is winning the 1million naira?” he wrote.
