Hanks Anuku, a veteran Nollywood actor, was seen on camera protesting on the streets about the country’s widespread hunger.
Some Nigerians flocked to the streets to protest the country’s current status, citing severe hunger and poverty among the people.
A video released online shows Hanks in the streets, waving the Nigerian flag and lamenting the country’s impoverishment.
He could be seen waving the flag and yelling ‘hunger dey’ as onlookers watched him intently.
Some Nigerians have voiced dismay over this, stating that it is a pitiful sight to witness a senior actor speaking of hunger.
